Abstract:	La investigación se llevó a cabo con el objetivo general conocer la relación entre satisfacción laboral y productividad, realizada a partir del enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo ya que el procedimiento se realizó mediante técnicas que contribuyeron a la recolección de datos para posteriormente ser analizados, el tipo de diseño fue no experimental, debido a que no se manipulan las variables sobre la satisfacción laboral y productividad y se observaron sin intervenir en su desarrollo E
